Position OverviewAs a Pensions Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the administration of buy-in and buy-out projects, ensuring timely and quality service delivery. You will leverage your expertise in final salary pensions administration to guide your team and provide expert guidance across multiple workstreams.
ResponsibilitiesLead complex pensions projects to successful completionAllocate work effectively to meet service level agreementsCoach and mentor team members to drive performanceIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiativesFoster a positive and collaborative team environmentBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsActively participate in recruitment and selection processes
RequirementsProven experience in DC and/or DB occupational schemesPrevious team management or mentoring experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesProgression in PMI qualification (desirable)
